Project “Holding Hands”, hand by hand for Japan
Among the many initiatives supporting the Japanese people, badly hit by the earthquake last month, it’s certainly noteworthy the one led by some of the most famous Japanese (and not only) character designers, who joined together for the project “Holding Hands”.
Japan Emergency
Three years ago, we were about to board on the plane that would take us to Tokyo for a vacation of 20 days in the land which, for us, has always been the wonderland. Last week, just dropped from another plane, we were reached by the news of the catastrophe that was taking place half a world away, in the nation that hosted us for those unforgettable weeks. The Year of the Rabbit
According to Chinese astrology, each year is associated with one of the 12 animals of the zodiac, which combine with one of the 5 natural elements (fire, earth, water, metal and wood) to create a cycle that is completed every 60 years. The Chinese New Year is also called Lunar New Year, since the beginning of each month coincides with the new moon. For this reason, the start of the year is staggered by almost a month compared to our calendar!

Sentimental Circus

On the other hand, it begins to reappear the other side of kawaii, more gothic, enchanted and nostalgic… a style that I love!
Kawaii music: headphones and headsets
How to customize an MP3 player or a cell phone used to listening music? Well, obviously with stickers or decoden techniques… but do not neglect the headphones, which are very often the most visible part (while the player/cell phone lies comfortable in our purses or pockets)!
