Sailor Moon x Q-Pot: sweets to eat and wear

Sailor Moon fans, rejoice! To celebrate the birthday of our favourite sailor scout (which, in case you don’t know, is on June 30th), Japanese accessories brand Q-Pot created a fantastic sweets themed jewellery line. And if the latter are not edible, you can treat yourself with the special menu at Q-Pot Café, all dedicated to Sailor Moon. Let’s check out these delights!

Ironically, our favourite accessory is the only one that doesn’t resemble something to eat. The Tuxedo Mask pocket watch is without any doubt one of the most distinctive items of the series and Q-Pot reproduced it quite faithfully, replacing the hands with the image of Prince Endymion and Serenity.

Then there is the iconic Usagi’s magical brooch, transformed in a strawberry macaron, just like the star shaped musical box of the first animate series. What about ribbons? Here are the cookie necklace of Sailor Moon and the cupcake pendants, the rings and the bracelets dedicated to the Pretty Guardians. All in a fantastic special box! The prices range from 28.000 Yen (200 Euros) for the pocket watch necklace to 11.000 Yen (almost 80 Euros) for the music box and cupcake pendants.

Until now the not-edible stuffs. If you are now hungry and you are in the Tokyo area, you can go (until June 30th) to Q-Pot Café where there’s an entire menu inspired by Sailor Moon. There’s the macaron brooch to eat, a spectacular parfait reproducing the Rainbow Moon Chalice, cupcakes and also a tea that changes colour. Everything served on special plates and coasters.
