Kyary Pamyu Pamyu x Mameshiba

Do you know Mameshiba? You have probably already seen these strange little beans with the ears of a dog (the name is a fusion between the word “mame”, meaning “bean”, and the Shiba Inu breed). The series was created by Kim Sukwon, a Japanese-Korean copywriter, and in recent years has achieved extraordinary popularity in the world thanks to a series of hilarious commercials. In the movies, the small and adorable Mameshibas pop out of nowhere and offer to humans informations completely out of place (and somewhat disgusting). For example, did you know that more than 200 million germs per second are exchanged through a kiss?

The nice (?) Beans now meet Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, Zipper and Kera model and international successful artist thanks to the song “PonPonPon”, whose psychedelic video has become a true Internet phenomenon. Kyary, now an icon of alternative fashion from Japan, has collaborated on a new series of Mameshiba (or “Mameshipamyupamyu”), whose characters are protagonists of a new commercial on the notes of the single “Tsukema Tsukeru”.

I think they are lovely, and you?
