Happy Star Wars Day with Tsum Tsums

If you are a little bit nerd like us, you probably know that today is the International Star Wars Day, a day dedicated to the famous saga created by George Lucas. The reason they choose the 4th of May is easy: the motto “may the Force be with you” is really similar to “May the 4th be with you”. As big Star Wars fan ourselves, we want to celebrate the day with the most kawaii version of the characters of the series: the Tsum Tsum version!

The first series of plushies dedicated to Star Wars was released few months ago and includes the characters of the original trilogy (that is, Episode VI, V and VI). The galactic Tsum Tsums are simply adorable (even Darth Vader!) and they have a lot of very cute details, like Yoda’s hairs hidden in the hood, the drop of saliva of Jabba, the “metal” fabric of the droids or the famous Leia hairstyle. Also, Chewbacca is really as soft as he looks in the pictures!

It wouldn’t be a complete collection without the new trilogy. Recently in stores, in fact, there are also the characters of Episode 1: from young Obi-Wan Kenobi to the notorious Jar Jar Binks. Also, the third Star Wars Tsum Tsum series was just released in Japan, a collection dedicated to The Force Awakens, with Rey, the new villain Kylo Ren and most of all BB-8, the cutest droid in the universe! We can’t wait to see this last collection in European Disney Stores!

Lastly, here’s an adorable video with the story of the very first Star Wars movie (A New Hope), starring the Tsum Tsums. Like Star Wars or not, you must admit they are super kawaii! Happy Star Wars Day and may the Force and the kawaiiness be with you!
